Once the needs are identified, we use high-precision forging technologies to manufacture the tool dedicated to each project. This specific tool, which the client co-owns 30% of, remains the exclusive property of the client after payment for the tooling and is guaranteed for life. Forginal Medical retains 70% ownership of the tool to ensure its maintenance and follow-up. In the event of tool wear, we ensure its refurbishment after every series of five washes.

Through comprehensive tool monitoring—including storage, maintenance, and servicing—we ensure maximum longevity for each implant. After a certain number of cycles, the tool is inspected and serviced to ensure it remains in optimal condition.
This method also allows us to produce implants with rigorous quality control, essential for the safety and performance of the orthopedic implants and medical devices we manufacture. Our tools are therefore guaranteed for life, which provides a guarantee of reliability for our customers while optimizing long-term maintenance costs.
