FORGINAL medical’s choice of production facilities, its significant investment in the design office and the toolmaking department, as well as in research and development, ensure a high degree of precision when making your parts.

FORGINAL medical makes every effort to ensure our customers have as little machining and adjustment work as possible to do after forging.  We deliver parts with tolerances that are among the tightest on the market.

Impeccable quality

Because quality is a constant commitment, we make every effort to achieve “zero defects”, irrespective of the challenges set by our customers.

FORGINAL medical has a particularly rigorous quality system, pushing the limits of its requirements beyond those of the standards required by certification.

The quality of our parts is therefore assured at every stage in the manufacturing process, using additional dimensional checks and visual inspections.

FORGINAL medical supports its teams through their careers, providing regular, specialised training courses, which ensure we have :

  • Experienced staff at every workstation and a specialist advisor in each department
  • A demanding, effective system of continuous improvement
