After initial studies in physics and chemistry, my desire to have a broader horizon, allied with my sense of method and attention to detail, led me naturally to a career in quality.
I started with FORGINAL in March 2018 after seven years spent as Quality Manager in the French Airforce.
It was FORGINAL’s area of business that first caught my attention. To my mind, the transformation of raw material is a noble discipline. It represents generations of know-how that needs to be preserved and valued.
The human scale of FORGINAL was also undeniably an important factor. The technical nature of the wide range of products made by FORGINAL showcases the skills of FORGINAL’s personnel as well as those of our neighbouring subcontractors with whom we maintain strong ties. The ultimate aim of my work is to ensure customer satisfaction. Behind this somewhat stereotypical notion, the essence of the job is to be able to implement and develop a structured, transversal organisation, taking into account customer requirements and the regulations pertaining to our activity.
What do I like best about it? The huge diversity of challenges, projects and of the people with whom I work! It is an environment where things are constantly in movement, and where you learn a new thing every day. It is a very enriching activity, both from a technical and a human point of view.
